Legal Personality
Generally speaking, we may say that a person in law is any entity accepted by the law as having certain defined rights and obligations. Such persons may be natural (human beings) or artificial, as is the case of Corporations, which may be composed of one or several natural persons, and have a separate personality from that of its human members.
